Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AdPulse, operated by Benseno AI, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users access the product and connect advertising platforms.

Who We Are

AdPulse is an advertising analytics and reporting product operated by Benseno AI. The product helps agencies, advertisers, and internal teams connect ad accounts, review campaign performance, and generate analytics summaries.

Information We Collect

We collect account and workspace information needed to provide the service, such as user profile details, authentication identifiers, workspace membership, and connected advertising account metadata.

When a user connects Google Ads or Meta Ads, we may store encrypted OAuth tokens, advertising account identifiers, campaign metadata, and reporting metrics required to display dashboards and generate summaries.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, secure workspace access, connect advertising platforms, sync reporting data, generate analytics dashboards, and provide product support.

We do not use connected ad account data to create, edit, pause, resume, or publish advertising campaigns through this product unless such functionality is explicitly introduced and disclosed in a future product update.

Legal Basis and Access Control

We process information to operate the product requested by the user, maintain security, and improve service reliability. Access to stored data is limited to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate operational need.

OAuth tokens and sensitive connection credentials are stored server-side and are encrypted before persistence where applicable.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate AdPulse, such as hosting, authentication, database, and analytics tooling, only as needed to provide the service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the security, rights, and integrity of users, customers, and the service.

Data Retention

We retain account, workspace, and reporting data only for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Connected platform tokens and synced advertising data may be deleted when a user disconnects an account, requests deletion, or when retention is no longer necessary for product operations.

User Rights and Choices

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data, subject to applicable law and operational limitations. Users may also disconnect advertising accounts and stop future data syncs through the product workflow.

If a platform authorization is revoked at the provider level, AdPulse may lose access to future syncs while retaining previously synced records until deletion is requested or retention expires.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, encryption practices, and server-side credential handling.

International Use

AdPulse may be accessed from multiple jurisdictions. By using the service, users understand that information may be processed in countries where our service providers and infrastructure operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or other appropriate channels.
